I am from Perth, WA and am very happy to have found this site. I don’t have many friends with my interests and that has made it difficult for me to have any sort of practice.. I have done Reiki II, Pranic Healing, Spiritual Healing – but I feel a bit like a Jack of all Trades and a Master of none, because I lack the experience of practice.. so I am determined to get out there and practice! I am starting a new modality which is called Integrated Therapeutic Alignment with a wonderful healer here in Perth which I am very excited about and very determined to become experienced in.. I hope one day to merge all modalities together and create an intuitive healing style all my own 

I was wondering what is Intergrated therapeutic Alignment? I have not heard of it before... does it involve alighning the subtle bodies or alighnment to the source... a bit like reconnection?
I'm glad you have found somewhere where you feel you can chat to others... it can be hard sometimes when your interests and passion doesn;t connect with poeple around you...ha ha ha thats the challenge!
Have you thought about maybe trying to practice on your friends and family?? It may give you a bit of experience practicing on others. I have practiced on friends that only believe in "we all just a bunch of chemicals" and they felt they benifited as they said they found it deeply relaxing. I haven't started professionally practicing yet but I had the benefit of going to a college where you have clinic hours and its part of completing the course.
Anyway... thats me woffling on...

ITA has been developed by Melaney Ryan who used to be Western Australia's top point of contact (not sure what her title was) for Pranic Healing with Master Choa Kok Sui. When the master died she took to a style of healing which she learnt with from her grandmother when she was much younger.. Yes, I'm glad to have found this site too! I'm also a Reiki II practitioner, and am always happy to make new contacts with those on the healing path. I'm originally from Perth, but currently living and studying in Canberra. However, I go back home to visit every six months, and it would be lovely to cultivate another Reiki friend, as practice makes...well, maybe not perfect...but at least good fun! I'm 22 by the way.

Also, I'm not sure if this would interest you or not due to the age difference, but my mother (who is 61 years old and lives in Perth) is also a Reiki II healer - she's a lovely, gentle lady who is interested in extending her practice of Reiki with new people. I could put you two in contact if you like.
