I recently went to an outdoor concert and since returning I have seen and felt a spirit in the house... I think either myself or my partner has picked up an attachment? I have ask Archangel Michael to release this spirit but he is still hanging around... any suggestions?
I dont think he is a heavy energy/draining... but who knows actually come to think of it my partner and I have gone through a bit of a rough patch reecently and I have felt a bit down... mmm not sure if its the attachment or not..
anyway.. any suggestions?

I see nobody has tackled this yet. The most simple answer is to go about whatever clearing technique you feel most comfortable with. There are a large range of techniques from the simple and cheap to the elaborate and costly. A quick google search on energy clearing should come up with some of the common ones (crystals, burning sage, energy clearing cds). Choose one that resonates best with you.
